Doing the doo

New to the forum and I would like to say hi to all!!!
Purchased a set of Seadoos in 2013
2013 GTX LTD 265 and a 2013 GTR 215 for the wife.
Took the pair to the dealership for winterization and to have them blue shrink wrapped and stored for winter.
Picked them up from the dealership and I reinstalled the battery's and off to the lake we went,
Got about two minutes in and realized my GTX had no power at all and as soon as you pulled the gas it started beeping and the check engine light kept coming on.
Returned to dealership and the results were 17 counts of air intake pressure sensor out of range, found intake boot blown off?
If anyone knows please comment but wouldn't the intake boot be sucked on rather than blown off if the clamp mysteriously came loose during winter storage?
I am wondering if that's where the dealership would say fog the engine through the intake?
