2013 GTR 215- Need help finding exhaust O-Ring

I was wondering if anyone here may be able to help me out... I am looking for the o-ring that goes in between the right-hand fixing plate assembly (part #: 268000130) and the 72mm nut (part #: 274000224) that sandwiches the hull. I cannot find it on any parts diagram. I attached images so you can see what I am talking about. TIA

My thought would be that it doesn’t go there, I can’t see what purpose it would serve.

I took it off of there, I want to replace it because it is dry rotted and cracked

I would just bring it to a boat shop and have them find something of the same size or you could measure it and get a set on Amazon ?
