2012 Seadoo Challenger 210 w single engine 260

I purchased a wear ring from ebay part #267000105. I installed the wear ring w the impeller removed. Then, I tried to install the impellor but it wont fit. I think the ring is 3mm to thick by my calibrated/uncalibrated eye.

I can force it and grove the ring but that is probably silly.

Any suggestions? (break out the KY...lol)

I called the dealer and they said I need a 267000638. Anyone know what mm that is and a cross reference?
