2011 gti se 130 speedo issue

My unit only has 3 hours on it. It just starting having a problem where the throttle cuts off when cruising wot in eco mode, which is about 40mph, meanwhile the speedo will read anywhere between 55-68 mph. I bet it's only actually moving 30 or so. Throttle doesnt kick back in for about 5-10 seconds. It's just done it 4-5 times over the past hour. Has anyone else had this problem?

I would be calling the dealer. Make them check it out.

Well I think it had something to do with the trim, water was rather calm, maybe 6-12" chop. I trimmed it down 2 notches and it stopped.

you need to keep off of full throttle for the first 10 hours or the motor will not break in properly

Did you read what I wrote? Full throttle in eco mode is only 40 mph. Way to veer off track, if you dont have any input please mind your own business.

wow , a little upset over there over saying about full throttle? that's odd in my manual it says don't do full throttle and doesn't say its ok in any mode!!! calm down dude.
