2011 GTI SE 130 getting a little water in hull

Is it normal to get a little water in the hull during normal cruising type riding?

This is on a brand new 2011 GTI SE 130. After riding for any amount of time, when I pull the seat off there is always a few drops of water in the hull. I don't see where it is coming from.

I wouldnt be worried at all about a small amount of water. My buddy has 2 2009 GTI's and they always have a little but trickle out when we take the plugs out at the end of the day.
