Hey guys,
Karee here.
My Doo just hit 100 hours and I’m bummed because I want to ride it the rest of summer.
The supercharger is not slipping and it runs great.
I don’t jump waves or over rev it.
Can I go past the 100 to let’s say 120 hours or is there too much risk of destroying the engine??
Thanks for the advice

If it's never been rebuilt, you've already waited too long.
Sea-Doo Supercharger Maintenance - When, Why, and Tips - Steven in Sales

Rebuilds are recommended every 100 hours, or about every 2 years. The 2 year thing comes into play because the bearing cages are plastic and they get brittle over time after many heat cycles. When a bearing fails the supercharger shaft Is not supported and the impeller grinds into the housings rendering the entire supercharger useless. The supercharger will need to be replaced if that happens.
