2008 Sea Doo GTI 155SE

I have 2 sea doo Gti 155 and they both have the same problem. When taking off from a stop or turn they both hit the rev limiter and are slow off the start. Once they get on plane they will take off. I have replaced both wear rings but still the same problem. Any suggestions or thoughts on what the problem could be?

Everything is factory besides both wear rings

That's pretty bad , I can see a huge gap between the impeller and the wear ring and the front edges are in bad shape. You should change the impellers.
