2008 rxp 255 rpm issue

have an 08 255
I have an issue and can’t figure a path

I bought it with a rebuilt the engine cylinder 1000
Over crank redone new bearings rebuilt the supercharger new impeller and 15-21 prop wear ring is new basically the entire engine has been redone I have about 6 hours on it and it still seems super tight

I’ve gone over everything 6 pounds of
Boost no leaks no cracks everything is tight my blow off is just sitting in the hull I ll put a catch can shortly

Here is where I’m stumped I can’t make more then 7400 rpm and see more then 63 mph on it at this point I’m stumped where to look
Any quick in site would
Be amazing i don’t believe I have any slip it was torqued to 14 lb and has 6 hours on it

At this point I’m trying to get directions on where to go

Did you check valve spring seat pressure?

Some punctuation would add a bit of clarity and make it easier to understand, allowing for higher quality responses. (At least it would have helped me and not trying to be critical)

Only mention spring pressure as a long shot since you imply a lot other things were checked.
