2008 GTI 130 barely idling and bogging down once revving it up..

I just bought it, took it for the first time this yr , was running good about 1 week ago but now it's idling rough but if dies, I can start it back up.. Also if try revving it up, it's like it's bogging down, can get it up to 3400 or so then then it's like it wants to die?? Even feathering the throttle trying to keep it running.. But I can start it back up after it dies.. It only has 101 hrs, new battery, plugs don't look that bad, checked the coils out and each was about 1.8ohms..

Any ideas?
Am I just over looking something?

Do yourself a favor and replace the spark plugs. (3) NGK DCPR8E :cheers:
