Any pointer where I can find the wiring diagram for a Speedster 150 155NA, 2007. Not the exploded parts diagram but the proper wiring diagram with the color codes.

The shop manual in the manual section of this site is missing the wiring diagram

Cheers,

Rod since you joined as a Premium member and that's missing how about you send me a PM with your email information and I will be glad to forward that complete schematic with color codes and legend on to you. I'm at the shop right now if you happen to get this soon or I will send it in the morning when I get back in.

Thanks Bob, your prompt reply has saved me heaps of time trying to manually trace wires and using guesswork

SkiMoto - being a member sure is worth it, I've only had my 2007 speedster for a week, it was supposed to be a buy it and drive away but it's got a bunch of problems that I'm working through and this forum has been a fantastic source of information.

That's got a mile of wiring in those harnesses, If you need anything else LMK I also sent you the bulletin on those coils just for reference. Hope you enjoy the boat once you get it done.

Let me guess,,,, "It only needs a A) Battery, or B) Starter"... kind of add when you bought it, right?

Hahah... close... but I did see it running the day before I picked it up.... alas when I went to pick it up he said he was having some battery problems and traced the issue to the single/simple engine interface... the wires on the multi-pin plug were corroded, he tried to fix it by taking a hack saw to the unit

So I offered him $1500Au less than we had previously agreed and he accepted. The new replacement is somewhere between Miami and Melbourne Australia, I'm hoping to have it before Easter. The other work has so far been just cosmetic.... (fingers crossed). LOL

Well that narrows it down to about 1000 miles or so.. LOL

I am in Miami, if you need something from there let me know. I will do what I can for you.

A good connection is critical to the quality of a good running engine. Going through all the terminals surely can not hurt. A bit of a pain for sure, but knowing all is good is pretty much priceless..
