2007 seadoo gti no power

i have a 2007 seadoo gti 130 i was out on the lake and it lost all power out of no where ive checked the main 30amp fuse and it was good the battery is reading 12.7v ive disconnected the terminals and reconnected them i also disconnected the terminals on the starter solenoid and still nothing no beeps no cluster no fuel pump just completely dead does anybody have any ideas on what it could be? I've also checked all grounds
