2007 RXP 3mm Hose Placement

I recently ask a local marine shop to overhaul my 2 RXP's which hadn't been used for a while and wanted them to go through both machines changing anything slightly rusty.
On return they didn't start due to the batteries not being replaced, which turned out to be a good thing as I found multiple problems with the work they had done and probably would've ended up bobbing around out at sea phoning for a tow in.

With my limited knowledge I've been able to fix or replace the parts that weren't done but there's a 3mm hose which clips onto the engine cover that I know from memory isn't connected in the right place as it was never curled up and zip tied before.

I've searched for photos of engines the same as mine but can't find anything that shows me where it's supposed to go and the parts diagram isn't clear enough to help me either so would much appreciate it if someone could either post a photo, explain to me where it connects to the engine or recommend where I can buy a working manual online.

Many thanks.

I know enough to be very dangerous...
BUT did discover that tube goes to the throttle body somewhere. It is so you can lubricate the TB as needed. I just bought 2 RXT's one has it attached to the engine cover and the other does not have one showing. I will be back to the river this weekend and plan to search this out better. I will try to report back next week if you don't have it figured out yet.

For a shop manual... Try seadoo manuals dot net. You can also go to the Seadoo web site and download the Operators manual.

Well, if they don't know where that goes you need to find a better shop. That is the winterizing port where you can spray fogging oil directly into the throttle body. The yellow end should be attached to your engine cover that will have a small notch in it. Look at the upper left hand corner of the engine cover in this pic. The other end goes to the neck of the throttle body.

Finding a better shop here is easier said than done, even the Seadoo dealer hasn't got a watercraft tech. Thanks for the info. So the hose would fit where I've placed the arrow on the attached photo.

Yep, that's it.

Sounds like I need to move to the Cayman Islands and open up a dealership there. Woo Hoo!!! lol. Now I'm just dreaming.

Yes it goes on the TB. However where they have it running now is on the intake manifold. Make sure when you remove the hose that they didnt drill a hole in that plastic nipple. It should be solid inside.
