I tried googling this as much as possible and there are a ton of responses for this and various other forums pertaining to this. But either they don't pertain to my model, or the answer isn't my issue, or no there is no answer.

Tried 3 keys - nothing. No gauges, no beeps, no fuel pump, no relay clicks. Completely dead. Battery is 12.6 volts. All fuses are good. Tested starter relay. Ohmed out the DESS post per service manual - it's fine. keys are clean. I can get voltage grounding anywhere on the motor. I cleaned up all positive and negative terminals although nothing was really corroded. I'm baffled.

How did you test the relay?

Have you tested the battery under load...as in...checked the voltage as you tried to crank the motor?

You said you used 3 different keys. Uhm.....are they your keys?

Maybe a lil history on the ski would help.

You cant crank it. Theres no power whatsoever to anything when you put the key in. They are all 3 keys that came with it. 1 is a learner key. The ski has been sitting for a year. Its a new battery. It was fine before it sat

Was this your ski before it sat?

It's my friends. I'm posting on his behalf. It's 1 owner it's been his since new.

I want to guess MPEM, but I cannot locate the damn thing. The service manual says it has it, but at this point I'm not sure it exists. I've spent 30 mins looking all over. I found the ECU atop the intake, the 2 fuse boxes on the left, traced a majority, if not all of the wiring harness, and some sort of ignition or charging system module atop the fuel tank. I need a picture of where this MPEM is if my model has it.

Also I tested the relay by applying current from the battery to the appropriate posts. It clicks, which is more than anything else that happens.

Jump the starter solenoid and see if it cranks. If it does, then you know the battery is good as well as all the connections that run from the battery to the starter and all of the grounds.. This is a good test to eliminate the simple stuff.

Thanks. I will try that, and I have a strong feeling it will work. In the meantime, can anyone confirm or deny this model does in fact have an MPEM and if so a photo of it's location? Again it's a 2007 GTX 215 supercharged intercooled. I can provide a VIN.

Okay....you got a key on the dess post...you cross the relay and it cranks? ...but it doesn't crank w/o crossing the relay?

replace relay....$30...20min.
