2007 GTI...Won't Start...

Hello everyone...I'm new to this forum and I came for some helful advice....I have a 2007 Seadoo GTI...I'm the only person to use this watercraft...it has 26 hours on it....it has always been well maintained...I recently tried to start it but no luck....once I connect the lanyard everything functions as it should....two beeps, the gauges are functioning normally, however when I push the start button all it does it clicks (i'm guessing its the starter....I went and bought a new battery and still no luck...the fuel pump is operating bc once you connect the lanyard you can hear the pump turn on....Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.....the last time I changed the oil was about 10 hours ago....and the engine ran just fine before....thank you.
