2006 GTI SE

I am Brand New to the forum and right off the bat I need help. I have twin 2006 GTI SE ski's. They have been sitting for 2 years and I am now trying to get them going again. One of the ski's starts and runs great. The other ski once started does not want to idle at first and seems to be running rich. The ski does not sound smooth when throttle is applied. I have changed the plugs and the injectors and it does not improve. I have swapped plugs and coils from the ski that is running good and the same problem ouucrs. Any help on what to try next would be greatly appreciated.

Could be a sensor,,,try swapping them out one at a time.

Thanks Popps. Could you be more specific as to what sensors and where I would find them? I'm a pretty good mechanic but when it comes to computor side of things I need help.
