2005 seadoo 3D start issue

I’m having an issue where you can remove the key and still start without the key in place. I’ve cleaned all the grounds. Also the bilge pump cycles until it drains the battery and the fuel dash won’t cut off either. What could be my problem

If you can start it without the lanyard it sounds like you have a MPEM issue.
