2005 resonator on a 2003 sportster le

ok.....so will a resonator for a 2005 sportster le work ok on a 2003 sportster le??

It may... if you get the entire thing, with the hoses.

In '03... it was one piece. In '05 it was 2.

yeah I have the whole thing installed was a little tough getting the hoses to fit on the 05 resonator(a lot of hot water to get it to fit) but it is connected. just curious if it will cause any problems? I understand it is basically a baffle??

somebody must have tried this or seen this setup........really want to get the boat out this weekend.

Why would it cause a problem? The tuned pipe is the only thing your engine needs. Most guys... if they have an issue with it... just remove it.

So... if you have a hose (of any kind) getting from the waterbox, to the fitting going out the hull... go use the boat.
