2004 Seadoo GTI Slow out of the hole

So, just bought a 2004 seadoo gti. Having a issue and wondering if anyone might be able to point me in the right direction. When trying to accelerate the craft seems very slugish until you get over 10mph. Once that speed is reached it runs like a top, but slow down and try to go again it drags until you get over 10mph. I thought it maybe in Limp mode but what do you think it might be? Thanks for the help!!

Sounds like a fuel system issue. THe carb needs to operate perfectly or you can ruin the engine. On that ski I would suspect the 3 small transition holes in the cab being dirty and also check to make sure the accelerator pump is squirting.
