need help. power at pigtail pin 1 and 4 from ecu 12v. installed new fuel pump. verified pump runs when load testing pump. when assembled i have no fuel drawn from tank. not sure if there is a driver circuit in the ecu. any help is appriciated. no draw up when key is put in ignition. no fuel while cranking with line off.
