2003 seadoo not starting

Hi there I'm new to the forum. I have a 2003 seadoo 4tec that crank but does not start some times. When I jump the starter solenoid it starts. I replaced the solenoid but does the same think. I checked the voltage on the starter and when I crank I only get 10 v on it while cranking. I have checked resistance on all the cables going to the solenoid and all is fine. Do anybody have any ideas what else I can check. Also I took the battery to get checked out for the crank amps and it was fine.

If you give some more details and history on that ski, battery age, general location and when it was last running normally, someone should hit you up with a response fairly quickly.
