My Seadoo Idles Fine and runs good in smooth water, However when there are waves or it hits bumps it seems to stall momentarily and lose power. I just had it serviced and the compression and supercharger were fine.
The Dealer told me to change the gas which makes no sense. I drained it as much as possible and ran 1/2 tank and still have the same problem.
