2003 seadoo Gtx SC No power to gauges

Hey guys, I have a 2003 seadoo Gtx SC. The gauges cluster had water swimming in the housing , I should be receiving a replacement cluster within the week, however I was testing pins at the back of the cluster and I'm getting no power. I've read about check pin 1-23 the purple one. and it's showing 12v. No voltage at the plug under the hull hatch at the nose either. I was hoping for some advice on how and where to trave back the issue.

can anyone help please I have a 2003 gtx 4tec supercharged, gauges don't have power and it does one long beep when I put the key in but still starts. I can ride it, also has full power but does one long beep every 15-20 min while im riding.
do you know anything about this?
