I have a 2003 Sea-Doo with a di and the PTO cylinder was full of oil (2 stroke not gear) and I got it all out and I'm gonna check again soon to see if it full again but it was sitting over winter. anyone know why this could be happening

Strange for a DI. One way injection oil can get into the engine is through the injection system. The oil would have to get past the injection pump and bleed into the cylinders VIA the check valves on the side of the engine. Another way for oil to get into the engine is through the oil drain plug and hose at the bottom of the compressor. That line should attach to the injection oil fill tube. Make sure it is going to the right place.

I'd check all the oil lines to make sure they go where they should. Lot of lines in there and it is a real pain to work on the oil system with the engine in the ski. Been there done that a few times. LOL

Compressor drain fitting. I had to machine my own and it was a very tedious task. LOL

Oh they leak. I've had to clear a few and even replace some. I have spares now. $30 each last time I bought them. I believe this is one way that rebuilt engines fail. I'm not sure engine builders test them. I've gotten 2 engines from SES and had either plugged or leaking valves. They usually hole maybe 1.5 - 2.5 psi roughly. This is the first thing I check on a DI that is on the table.
