I would still test the output of your pump. If the actual pump is still good, you could source any used canister/housing off e-bay at a much cheaper price than buying the whole unit for $285 from westsidepowersports.

Before you spend any money... message me. I have one I am taking the fittings off to make a gauge.

Personally I would get another pump unit because if the new pump fails then you already have another OEM pump motor for replacement.

Update: separated the (what I thought was) brass part from the top hat of the fuel pump assembly.......View attachment 49779

I have my pump out atm and top of mine rusty like urs. Did u end up getting another one and did it fix ur issues?
