2003 GTX Supercharged Engine Oil

I use Valvoline 10W40 4stroke motor cycle oil. reg $5-$6 can catch it on sale for $3.
Any 4stroke motorcycle oil will do....make sure it's wet clutch compatible.

I always go OEM with the filter.. had a buddy of mine run a royal purple filter and oil in his FXHO... I believe ive heard somewhere that OEM filter is best for us.. ive been using it ever since.

yeah KK's video has helped me learn the ropes in the past.. im pretty positive its the same procedure.. nothing really changed on the outside and the layout of the 4-tec motors over the years.. not sure about the 2013+ skis but I know most engine differences are internal.. you shouldn't have a problem with following that video.

It was $79 and they offer free shipping for orders over $75. It's a good deal if you need an extractor pump too.

Same as 03. I'd suggest factory BRP filter and 10w40 motorcycle oil. Non synthetic brand of your choice. This year I have a few jugs of castrol laying around waiting to be poured in.

If you use the search box you will see there is many threads on this subject.
. Supercharged. Use the SeaDoo blended for SC. You can work a deal from dealer $5-8 per qt. Do not use full synthetic. Oil pressure will change. Oil cushion/sheer on mains and piston bearings is needed. 4 stroke Motorcycles do not run and stay at these high rpms. Please look up the other theads.
So a motorcycle with a 14k redline and normal running rpm in the 4-6k or higher, doesn't run at these "high" rpm? Our 4tecs barely turn 8k with most cruising rpm in the 5-6k range. Your theory just doesn't make any sense to me. I've been running motorcycle 4stroke since my first oil change at 10hrs and now I'm at 160 hrs. Never had any issues that were oil related.

I thought the same thing most motorcycle engines redline at more than 8K.
On a supercharged Seadoo you can use any oil you want synthetic or non synthetic as long as it is approved for wet clutch applications that's why the motorcycle oil suggestion comes up a lot. Personally I use regular non synthetic Castrol GTX 10W40 motorcyle oil because the local parts store has it in stock at a decent price.
