I have a 2003 gtx sc. We noticed oil coming out of back when we pulled it up on lift. Took it in and was told Supercharger was bad, so it was replaced. Put it back in water and same thing is still happening. Is there a seal that could be causing this problem.?

Jet ski runs great except the fact that we have to keep putting oil in the thing.
THANKS

Oh man.....did they do a complete clean out?....besides your wallet I mean? Have they over filled the motor with oil?...what kinda r's are you turning?

Hello: I read about your dilemma. There are 2 things that it may be.

1. The early seadoos had a problem with the bottom case crankshaft bolt covers. On some models had a leaking oil problem. The only fix was to remove these plugs and reseal them with a new o ring and lock tight 518 on the thread and re torqued to spec. Of course this means pulling the motor to get to these plugs.

2. There that is hole located on the side of the water-pump housing that is used as a indicator for a leaking ceramic seal for your water-pump or a leaking oil seal on the water-pump shaft. Both of these seals are located on the same shaft that turns your water-pump impeller.

I would probably think that it is number 1 that is the problem for my 03 supercharged had the same issue.
