2003 gtx sc NO SPARK NO START

I have a 2003 sea doo gtx 4-tech supercharged and i bought it with out the key for cheap at a auction and fix the damage to the hull. The sea doo has 22 hr's on it and everything looks brand new. I bought a key for the sea doo and tryed to start it but all it does is turn over. It also says check engine on the display. I have change the spark plugs and they still are not getting any spark at all. I also checked the fuses on the fuse panel i would say there is about 2 colums with 6 fuses on each side and there all good. Could there possible be any other fuses? I change the ecm out with a different ecm and key and still am getting no spark. Please if anyone could help me out i would greatly appreciate it.

I'm compar'n w/ 2-stroke, but you can cut plug wires at boots' ends 1/4in, then reinstall, or maybe coil or stator can be faulty???

OK, so a damaged hull. This puppy has been submerged. At least mostly, as much as the styrofoam will allow.

So, I say electrical problems will need looked at.

I say you should remove a number of the 'lectrical components, and re-seat them. A careful review of the electrical system, would be in order. Water and Electrical don't mix good.
