2003 gtx 4 tec non sc issue

Bought this ski a few weeks ago. Said it needed a gauge cluster. Ski runs great. Bought a guaranteed to work cluster off eBay. It came in today. Installed and get nothing on the gauges. All fuses are good. Plug lanyard on. Get 2 beeps to start and one long beep. Traced all the wires and there wasn't any tore or worn. What could the issue be ? Thanks

How long after the short beeps does the long beep occur?

Right after the 2 beeps. Starts right up though

Pretty sure the cluster has to be programed to the ski.

I was told that a 2005 and under didn't have to be programmed.

Got your pm and responded. Gauges pre 2006 are plug and play. The long beep right after the two beeps signals a communication error with the gauge. This same beep occurs when the gauge is unplugged. It basically is not seeing your gauge. Check wire harness and connections. Confirm gauge is good on another ski.
