I recently bought an 03 gtx 4tec. The battery has died due to sitting. When I removed the battery I noticed a second wire with a fused 7.5 amp link in it that has a red + terminal on the end lying in the bottom of the ski. This wire also has what looks like a battery tender connection in line and the other end leads under the main fuse block. My question is, what is it? I am debating connecting it when I put the battery back in for fear that it may be disconnected for a reason. Thanks in advance for your help.
