This ski has been evading my attempts to make it run properly. I've done so much to this fuel system. Most recent I drained and cleaned the fuel tank, blew out the fuel lines from the baffle to the carb. I removed the baffle and cleaned it up as well. I checked the vent line to the fuel tank and it is working. Pretty sure I have a new fuel valve in there. What I did notice is that the fuel filter in the water separator is sucked in. It is an aftermarket filter but the holes look plenty large enough to flow an adequate amount of fuel. Perhaps this is the issue. I'm looking for a stock filter. I suppose I could also have a problem with the filter at the bottom of the fuel baffle. I have had an issue with that on a 1996 XP. Very Strange to me.
