First i want to thank you all for the useful info present on this forum
I've already made a post about my idling issue and want a more general one to discuss any topic about my new ski.
First of all it's my first ski (and first motorized boat as i have an inflatable one and a paddle) but i'm comfortable fiddling with engine (i've got an old bmw e30 and a 2strokes moped from the 90's)
I've bought the ski back in February "running on trailer" as their was not way to test it on water.
The vendor said "never see salty water, all is fine ready to go on water". Surely i nod and begin to dismantle things as soon as i bring it home
And glad i did, the trailer need work itself : the entire axle was seized up, wheel hub with lots of corrosion even one missing two bolts !
One of the ramp fell of the first time i got to the water.
I have fix the ramp but will redo the wood/carpet one day.
On the ski itself the steering cable was very hard so i let it drain motor oil for a night and now it's totally smooth.
The front trunk have no shock and it was really annoying, i managed to get almost the same size (a bit too long) and same strength at the car scrapyard for cheap.
A new battery to be sure.

Overall maintenance of nuts and bolt, the stem was not screw but so oxidized that it's impossible to get the handle of.
I may change the wear ring soon as it got 0.9-1mm clearance which is the limit by the manual. (already ordered one on amazon for only 13€
)
At the end of the day the ski is fine, especially when i compare to the others ads that where available with jet that explicitly need complete rebuilt !
I hope that the new plugs (should come today) will solve my idle problem.
For the record it top at 70km/h 6800rpm. The compression are on the low side 120psi both cylinder.
The tacho and vendor says 200hr since last rebuilt.
