First time PWC owner and 1st time out was today. Was riding very cautiously trying to get used to the PWC. Found an open spot to 'open' up the throttle. Was up to 20-30 MPH TOPS a couple of times. Then all of a sudden the oil light came on. Brought it back to dock as slow as possible. Went to start engine briefly after putting it on the trailer - no light. Brought it home and ran it 3 minutes with hose on to flush out - no light.
Checked oil and I'm 99% sure it is no lower than I started.
So, any ideas when why it came on? I wanted to stop and then restart the engine while I was out on the water, but being my first time on a PWC I was too nervous that it wouldn't start again.
