2003 4 Tec Gauges

Hi I was wondering if anyone knows how to reseal the gauges. When water comes up over the gauges the gauges fog up so I presume that there is a leak somewhere. Also after this weekend the gauges fogged up and then I was getting a "sensor" displayed on the readout. I think the 2 are probably related. Any help would be a ppreciated.

gauges are sealed from the manufacturer. If they leak, replace them
