2002 GTX stalls when hitting wake

Hello! I'm hoping to find a solution to a problem with my 2002 GTX. It starts great and runs great...until I hit a wake at speed. Then it will lose power, has a bit of a rattle and dies. The odd thing to me is, it will start right back up and run great again until I hit the next wake at speed. At lower throttle, hitting a wake won't cause the issue.

My local Sea Doo tech has replicated the issue on the water but has no solution. He wants to pull the motor. For cost reasons, I would prefer to avoid that without pursuing all possible options, which is why I am here.

I suspect a loose electrical connection, possibly, but haven't been able to find anything by jiggling connections while running on the lift.

Any thoughts?

I believe this is fuel related,,,had a similar seue,,,but too many years ago,,,and too hard to remember,,,does it have an accelerator pump?,,,go through the carbs,,,clean all the jets and orifices,,,and go through the accelerator pump if it has one,,,of course make sure all,your connections starting at the battery are clean and secure.
