I am having an issue with a 2002 seadoo gtx rfi not starting. Everytime i fuel it would not start. I had to depress the start button and squeez the throttle and eventually it would start. After that it runs fine. even if it sat overnight. Well the last time I went to the marina to refuel it I had the same issue getting it started and eventually got it to start. However, this time after i got it to start i couldnt get it to rev over 3500 rpm. It also flashed a 12 v low error and the maintenance light came on... still able to run the ski at this point. So wanting to fix it myself i pulled the ski and brought it to the house. I replaced the rectifier and new battery...... so my question is what else could be the problem?
Also there is a rattling noise coming from the jet pump area. What could that be?
