2002 GTX Limited 4 tech loosing power

I have a 2002 GTX Limited with the 4 tech engine that has 96 hours on it. Recently I have noticed two problems. 1- Very slow to plane out. 2- when pulling a skier the Hi temp signal goes off. Any thouhgts on what might be the problem?

I have had / have similar problems with my 2002 GTX 4-Tec. Mine got so bad, the exhaust hose blew apart. (see link below). I would check all your hoses, I had a faulty hose and the inner wall started to separate and cause blockage. Squeeze all your exhaust hoses and make sure there isn't a soft spot, should be easily detectable.

I ordered all new hoses, and had the muffler welded back together (the baffles broke apart due to high heat). However, this did not solve my root problem. I still have bogging down at low speeds and not reaching full speed. The motor sounds funny, so I might have destroyed something else. Don't let your problem get this far!
