I have this 2002 GTX-DI it will run for about 20 min then it will die. If i let it sit for an hour it will start again. It will crank after it stop but it wont go through, It seems like no gas going through or what? Battery and spark plugs are brand new

Well not 100% sure on this. I come from snowmobiles, and am new to skis. This is a common problem when the stator/altenator goes bad on a sled. You need the manual and a multimeter to test for this. I do not have any specs but im sure some guys here do if that is your problem.

Manual...

Your def going to need the manual. The DI motors are the most troublesome motors to troubleshoot. The injection system is a two part system with a fuel pump and regulator coupled to an air compressor system. This injection system works on the high pressure side of the stroke.

Chances are, your problem lies in your DI system. Good luck, I don't even like messing with them...........

Ok, here is what i have done so far, i clean the RAVE it was so dirty and a lot of carbon build up. I remove all the gas that was on the tank and put a new 91 octane gasoline, i also added a fuel system cleaner to the tank, I replace the spark plugs once more. I let you guys know what happen after i test it out...wish me luck...

Seafoam...?

I hope you used Seafoam. I've never personally used it but I've read great comments about it for locking up moisture........Let us know how you make out.......

I just used a GUMOUT Fuel System Cleaner from Auto parts store. Am i supposed to used special Fuel System Cleaner like SEAFOAM for a SeaDoo? thanks.

Well i tested it today and it died after 2 hrs of used, It will crank but it wont continue on seems like no fuel going in to the cylinder. My 2003 GTX 4-Tec supercharged did the same thing died after 2 hrs of used. Could it be a BAD FUEL PUMP on both????Please help, thanks so much...

Ok after struggling with the GTX-DI for a while, i decided to take it the dealer to get tested with their machine, they said i got bad fuel pumpand its gonna cost me $1300.00 parts and labor. I decided to do it myself by buying a complete fuel pump that cost almost $700.00 for everything and planning to install it this week, ill let you guys know what happen, so anybody with the same issues will save some money..Thanks for everybody that try to help me with my issues...
