2002 GTX 4Tec Fuel Issue?? Help!!!

what is happening is that after a few hours of riding it won't start. If I change the plugs, it starts. The plugs do not look corroded, they seem wet, possibly too much fuel from injectors?? At first I was told by the seadoo mechanic it was my wiring harness, went through hell to change that with a used one on ebay, now my LCD gauge went out (water damage & corrosion), still, this thing won't start after riding for a few hours, only until I change plugs???? Starting to think seadoo is garbage. ANy quick fixes, anyone????
