2002 gtx 4 tec problem

I am getting symptoms of a clogged intake grate, but when I look up in there, it seems to be clean. The engine runs revs high, but I am running at about half speed. It doesn't look like the propeller is damaged, the only thing I found was piece of cloth stuck around the shaft next to the propeller, it pulled out pretty easy, could this of cause it? I haven't had a chance to ride it since then. Any info would be appreciated!

yea that might have caused it. Sounds like you might have a wear ring issue. Check the clearance for that. How many hours you have on it?

It has 86 hours on it, is it expensive to replace the wear ring? or is something I can do myself? Thanks alot!

2002 GTX screen on dash wont work

2002 gtx limited beeps 2times then 1 long and then 2times cosecutivly every 5 seconds. Does anybody have any ideas? I pushed the mode button 5 times but my screen wont light up to see code or anything.
