The engine cranks but will not turn over. I just changed out the spark plugs with new ones. Ince I pout the lanyard on I get one beep and then try starting but it wont turn over. The only thing I can think of is a clogged fuel filter or bad fuel. ( the fueel has been in since last summer and I never winterized the tank)... Could it be a bad fuse somewhere? I have tried all I know.

you need to check first and make shure you have spark if you have spark next thing would be fuel issues easiest way i have found to check for a fuel issue is remove the air breather take 50:1 gas mixture and spray some fuel into the carbs then turn the machine over is the machine fires then thats gona mean you have a fuel issue then your goona look at changing out the stock grey fuel lines, fuel filter and possibly rebuilding the carbs try these steps in order and see how it goes let me know how it goes

Well I put a small fuel mixture into the air breather and it turned over on the first try. So I assume that it's a bad fuel filter that needs to be replaced?? Also should the gray lines be replaced also???

there ya go.. change thouse grey fuel lines they raught from the inside out if you look around the forume you will see that ppl have alot of problems with them. for what its worth change the fuel filter see if that works .. do you have an after market primer pump on your machine ? .. i had one of these and i had simular problems turned out the rubber line was cracked and it was sucking air and would not prime if you dont most likly changing the grey lines and fuel filter will fix the problem if not look at cleaning the carbs
