2002 4tec oil in the coolant

Hi I have a 2002 seadoo 4 tec, yesterday I was coming home idling down the canals and the alarm went off, it went into a guardian mode! I shut it down and noticed that there was a milky foam coming out of the reservoir, the engine oil is clean but down quite a bit. Is there any oil coolers on this engine or a seal that has ruptured. I don't think it is the head gasket?

yes there is an oil cooler located on the side of the engine (lower)which bolts
straight onto the block,this is a common problem even on the later seadoos
04-06 gtx models.
