Was having a great day on the water and throughout the day I was turning the boat on and off multiple times as I moved swimming spots and went two laps around my lake at high throttle to charge battery and turned the boat off to go tubing for the kids and when I went to start it nothing, no click just nothing. The air pump and water pump all worked so I don't think it's the battery. The engine and exhaust have been rebuilt. What could it be? any help would an appreciated.

Jump the solenoid, if it cranks then you have a good battery, cables, connections and starter.

Then test to see if you get 12 bolts at the trigger wire of the solenoid when trying to start it.

Make sure you are in neutral. Could be the neutral switch as well.

How do I jump the solenoid?

I watched some videos on how to jump the solenoid and went out in the garage to try it and just out of curiosity tried to start it and it fired right up. Not sure if it's a problem but when I park the boat I just leave the key in and then off the battery. What do you guys think the issue could be?

Could be the starter switch. repair manual should give you procedure to test it, need a VOH Meter to test. You can get repair manuals for free off the Internet.

Since my last post I have taken it out 4 times and it ran great but today I was comming back from fishing and same problem it wouldn't start, no clicking or anything. I got back to my house and tried it and again fired right up, so I went back to the water and I was at around a quarter throttle or less and it stalled, fired it back up and continued, 4 hours later I was doing some laps around the lake, I was on my second lap at full throttle and it stalled, fired right back up. I'm going to get a VOH meter tommowow or Monday to test but is there anything else I should test or is the start stop switch the main suspect?

Could be a carb problem or fuel flow when it stalls. Start switch has nothing to do with stalling. The starter solenoid can be a problem too.
