I don’t know what model it is, I bought it off the road for 300. When I start it it sounds like metals hitting. From previous skis that tells me that the engine is locked up, Any thoughts?

if it starts, its not locked up. Skis do sound like rocks in a can when running out of the water.

The seadoo's have a splined driveshaft and impeller so they do make a metallic rattling noise when running out of the water.

If the sound does concern you, send us a video of it running on the trailer for a couple of seconds and we'll tell you if it's normal or not.
