2001 seadoo rxdi Won’t roll over

I have a 2001 seadoo rxdi that won’t roll over good battery and just replaced the starter solenoid I’m stumped

Did you remove the spark plugs? Did you try to turn the engine using a wrench on the PTO area? It's common for these skis to lock up if they'be been sitting.

If I jump the solenoid it will roll over I had the same issue last summer and I replaced the solenoid and it took care of the issue got them out this year and same thing as last summer hooked the battery up put the key on and pushed the start button and nothing so I’m not sure now

Well that is good news. Check power to the solenoid. The DI's can be complicated
