I rebuilt the carbs. Got the idles set back almost perfect. Spend an hour on the water - pretty good day, but I left a little too much slack in the throttle cable. I went back in and took off the throttle cable carrier (which is attached to the side of the front carb's body pump using the bottom screws); I adjusted the throttle cable correctly. I put it all back together and I noticed fuel leaking out the bottom of the body pump. I pulled the body pump assembly off and re-seated the seals - all good no leaks. I went to start it - nothing. After some trouble shooting I noticed that there is fuel being shot into the front cylinder BAD. (cylinder PSI test 1-130 with fuel / 2- 120 normal fuel) It is basically flooding the front cylinder and plug. What did I do wrong? AND HOW DO I FIX IT??? #53 thru 57 is what was leaking / #44 is the throttle cable carrier.bodypump.JPG
