2001 sea doo GS rolled won’t start

GS was rolled yesterday. Got it out of the water as quick as possible. Took plugs out and drained then the engine wouldn’t start, just got 1 beep. I took the spark plugs out and there wasn’t water coming out of the engine. Left them out several hours and put a fan over engine. Now I get 2 beeps and the engine cranks but can’t seem to turn over. Any help suggestions would be greatly appreciated....this is my first ski and I love the dang thing. Thanks

It cranked..... the battery is 2 years old so my next thought was new battery and spark plugs. What do you think and thanks?

I changed the plugs and battery and it started with no problem in case anyone else has this issue
