2001 GTX DI no fuel pump

Ok this is my first post so here goes,
I have a 2001 gtx di that was running fine until it got to the water, then there was no double beep while inserting the “key” , the fuel pump ran but wouldn’t turn over. Checked all fuses by pulling out and reinserting….got the beeps back but now fuel pump wont come back on. Checked all fuses and are good. Any ideas??

Fuel pump only runs for a couple of seconds. Is it not coming on at all? I don't know if the pump will lock out if the pressure is maxxed out but it is something to check. Strange that it would all of a sudden stop completely.

No not coming on at all. It just did 20 minutes before we checked all the fuses
