Boat pulls to the left. Have to steer 50% right to stay straight. Any advice on tuning or corrections would be appreciated

any cable work done recently ? count your wheel turns from left to right divide it and set the wheel to the middle . then go look at your nozzle and make sure it is straight . if not the there is a adjustment back there you can use . i dont think that wheel makes a full turn either way but non the less set it to the middle . your cable may also be on its way to retirement . et some one to firmly hold the wheel while the other turns the jet nozzle side to side . a tiny bit of play is expected but anything id say over a 1/2 -1 inch is bad mojo and you should bend over soon to buy a new one , there high

thanks...i'll check cable and nozzle position.

The boat pulls left even off throttle (while gliding from high speed). Thinking there is a weight distribution problem. could the gas tank have shifted position, causing the boat to become unbalanced, causing the pull?

It is sensative to weight distribution but also check the trim plate that it is level or adjust it to remove pull. I adjusted mine down almost as far down as possible to reduce porpoising and that helped quite alot and made steering easier at high speed.
