The last time I took my boat out it was having issues getting on top of the water. The engine was reving fine and there was nothing caught in the impeller gate. I have been reading forums and it seems like it may be the impeller. I need help attempting to remove it. I have an idea and know some of the tools that I'll need. For the impeller bolt removal tool, does the socket itself need to be deep or will a long extension work?
