2000 RXDI now idealing but bogging out when giving throttle ?

I just got my CandooPro and am still learning how to use it,but it looks like my in real time reading intake pressure never exceeds 15 .is that normal or what is it supposed to be? And with the fuel gauge im reading 70 ...any ideals ? My rxdi is idealing now but starts dogging out when you give it gas and Maintenance required code keeps coming on...

You have a fuel pressure gauge and it is reading 70psi correct?
When you hooked up the candoo what were the codes?
Have you performed a compression test?

Compression tester from harbor freight i got and it was saying 60 even on my 94 spx running ski so I returned it back...

Two things I see.
1. Battery voltage is 10.2. Not good needs to be approx 13.5
2. You stated in post #1 fuel gauge reads 70psi. Should be 107psi.

Load test your battery.
Check your rectifier. All those inactive codes could be from a bad rectifier. A bad rectifier will cause these skis to do crazy things.
Fix your fuel pressure problem with a proper OEM fuel pump and new filters.
